Our New York office has been especially crabby lately.
Yes, it's true that the LA office is like New York's annoying little sister--
free-spirited, fun-loving, prone to inappropriately making faces and sending each other into fits of uncontrollable giggles during conference calls--
but our girls in New York have been acting even more brunette than usual.
And then this morning Al Roker made it all clear to me.
This is our poor New York office:

Our girls aren't crabby.
They're cold.
While we don our vintage minks and cashmere samples for pure sport in our 72 degree weather,
our East Coast colleagues are just trying to survive-- probably not unlike the Donner party.
While I do dream of a white Christmas,
at least in LA we have enough feeling in our toes
to keep the Happy in our Holidays.
