CYNTHIA STEFFE
It is mostly impossible to choose a favorite collection for a season, and generally I demure from making fashion into a competition in any sense, but let's be real, sometimes there is just that one line that makes you die, and then makes you die again. For me this fall, that was Cynthia Steffe.
